MG Shuffle is a dynamic musical duo based in Thessaloniki, Greece, known for their energetic live performances and rich, full sound that consistently surprises audiences - “They sound like more than just two people!”
The band features Maria Mariadou on lead vocals, flute, and percussion. Her voice channels the soul of the 1960s with warmth and expressive depth, while her flute playing adds a distinct melodic texture. Between songs, she seamlessly moves between percussion instruments, contributing rhythm and energy throughout their set.
On guitar, George Keratsopoulos delivers a rhythmic foundation through dynamic strumming, fingerpicking, and bluesy slide work. He keeps the groove steady with a stompbox and adds vocal harmonies and occasional lead vocals - especially on classic ‘50s rock ‘n’ roll tracks.
MG Shuffle’s repertoire spans a wide range of genres - rock, blues, country, soul, folk, and rock ‘n’ roll - all performed with authenticity and a clear personal touch.
